Our investors

Blue Planet Venture Capital Funds (including the Climate Protection Private Equity Fund and the Water Fund) were established with the mission to support Hungary’s environmental, climate, and water protection goals. In line with these objectives, the funds seek out companies and investment opportunities that directly or indirectly contribute to advancing sustainability, reducing harmful emissions, improving quality of life through sustainable solutions, producing renewable energy, and increasing the efficiency of energy storage, transportation, and usage.

The funds also target innovations that address global water-related challenges.

Typical investment areas include green energy, climate-friendly agriculture and food systems, circular economy models, green transportation, smart city technologies, and water protection. By supporting forward-thinking, impact-driven ventures in these domains, Blue Planet Venture Capital Funds aim to foster long-term environmental and economic sustainability.
